  • Always. Your listing, your calendar, your payouts. We handle the operations — you make the calls.

  • We do. Think of us as your front desk — first point of contact for every guest, before, during and after their stay.

  • We research comparable properties in your area and manage pricing dynamically — adjusting for demand, season and local events. We agree on a minimum rate at onboarding and handle the rest.

  • We photograph the property between every stay and handle the platform claim process if anything comes up. You'll be kept in the loop — but you won't need to deal with it.

  • Monthly summary covering revenue, occupancy and any notes. If something needs your attention, we'll reach out. Otherwise we'll keep it light — you shouldn't have to wonder what's going on.

  • As your co-host, your listing stays in your name and payouts go directly to you. We manage everything operationally. You stay in control, we keep the welcome light on.
